As soon as we walked in my son and I were welcomed. Staff asked if what we were looking for and walked around the store with us to help us find something that fit my description.

They went above and beyond, even delivering a bag of bird feed to my home because of accidentally charging me for 5 bags instead of the 4 that I purchased. Great service!

The staff at the Tilghman St. store were attentive and went above and beyond to help my husband and I with some Christmas shopping. It was our first time in the store. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was very helpful in listening to my needs and helping me to find the products I needed. The store was nicely stocked with lovely gift ideas. Staff members helped me to put together the items I needed for my project in an easy to manage fashion and were very helpful throughout the process.

The store is beautiful, aisles are loaded with lovely and unusual merchandise and I do not have to do an online search for hard-to-find items, like sparrow excluders for my wren houses. Thank you!!
