Wild Birds Unlimited

A friendly dog greeted us. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. We bought two cranberry bird seed clusters at a good price. It was our first time visiting the store and we are going back this weekend to see the rescued Eagles!

Returned a feeder that kept getting water in it and then cracked when it froze! They were awesome and took it back. They called the manufacture in a timely manner and then called me right back! That in itself was awesome. They did what they said they would do!!!! GOOD DEAL and got another feeder!

I liked that the product was clearly labeled with the birds that would likely be attracted to this particular type of feed. The salesperson was knowledgable and friendly. I liked that he carried my products to the store. He offered me the opportunity to purchase the incentive program, which I did.

Quality of products and friendliness of staff.

it is always such a pleasant environment (and it was a dreary day!) staff always helpful and earnest to rise to whatever our need of the moment is. I had a perplexing bird feeder problem which they again fixed!

Quality products and good selection of products

I have shopped here for several years and have found the products to be good quality and the staff helpful and friendly. I think the products are a little pricey but there is no question in my mind of the quality. I will definitely return again.
