My most recent purchase was on 6/15 and that was an in store pickup which I did not place prior to my arrival at the store. I purchased pretty many items and the staff was very efficient in ringing up my order and helping to get those items loaded in my car as I purchased several bags of food. While I was in the store, everyone was very conscientious of “safe distancing” and the staff adhered to limiting the number of people in the store at any one time. Previously, when I did curbside pickup, everything was well organized. I ordered on line and I did not have to wait long from the time I placed my order until it was ready to be picked up.

Ordering online is super easy! I received emails letting me know my order was received, and then that it was ready for pick-up. I like the option of curbside pickup.

Friendly staff, excellent selection, and phenomenal guidance. I’m always extremely pleased with the quality and diversity of products. With the help of WBU, I’ve been able to fully stock my feeders to attract birds and repel squirrels for the first time ever. Incredibly pleased.

It's not "likely I'll return"; rather, I ALREADY DID, lol. Had a great time! Heather was VERY knowledgeable as well as another staff member whose name I neglected to get. Love this shop and brought a friend who was impressed with the variety of inventory. There didn't appear to be a 2-floor birdhouse on hand, so I ordered one; however, Heather called about 30/40 min. later, having found one so I was able to pick it up later that day! I kinda wish you carried bird socks year round, which I understand is just a Christmas/Dec. holiday item. Thank you from me and my birdies!

My order was ready sooner than was estimated and was notified that it was ready. The pickup was a no nonsense affair with little human contact and the person was wearing a mask.
