They are really responsive to customers, if you have questions. They will work quickly on orders and carry them to your car, which is a nice convenience. They are always polite and greet you and thank you for your purchase/visit.

I received both an email and a postcard with the details on a seed sale running in July. I placed the order on a Sunday when my store is closed. They emailed me pick up instructions first thing Monday morning. I had a slow start with my car battery since I don't drive at all any more. I was worried it wouldn't start if I turned off the engine while getting my order. The amazing staff heard my situation and brought my bags out to my car and loaded them for me so I didn't need to leave the car and turn off the engine. This store is and has been my go- to location for anything bird oriented. If I saw more people I'd be recommending it more, but I have in the past. Please give them a huge thumb's up in any review from me!

The staff is very helpful with helping me choose the right bird seed so I don't have weeds growing under my feeders. She also carried the bags of seed out to my car for me & showed me the easiest way to unload them when I get home.

It was easy to order on-line. I did not have to come in contact with anyone in the store. I get quality bird food which is cheaper than the junk the birds don't eat that is from the grocery store.

Dur to some personal commitments, it had been a while that I visited your store, I found everything I needed in a fast manner.
