Walked in, was approached by a saleswoman, she was pleasant, knew the product and suggested items that I expressed interest in. I asked a couple of questions, she answered them all with expertise. Came home and advised my wife about the experience. I said "there are actually people who know about wild birds. Couldn't have expected anything better.
