It is easy to look at the inventory on-line and know what you want to purchase before you go to the store. It is quick and easy to pick up an order and the staff is friendly and helpful and will carry your order to your car.

The Covid protocols were in place. We were warmly greeted. The stock was comprehensive, interesting, utilitarian and artistic! The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.

No complaints and during the pandemic I am very grateful for curbside pick-up.

It was as easy to order and the friendly masked staff person assisted me quickly and got my order promptly

I didn't know how to check my online bird bucks and the staff member on the phone took the time to go thru my history with me and tell me what I had. I ordered an additional bag over and above the online order I had placed the day before. I didn't even have to go in the store-the staff was outside when I got there and brought my order to my car and into my trunk. No one else does this for me!

The woman at the checkout counter was extremely knowledgeable about the topic of defeating squirrels, and recommendations for additional feeders for our property. And very friendly and thoughtful as well.

I was able to easily find my preferred bird food on your website after it was discontinued at the store where I had been shopping. Your price is reasonable, and having it delivered to my porch is frankly much easier than picking it up myself. I was amazed at how quickly you were able to get the birdseed to me. And you really did make me smile with the new customer gift I received with your daily savings club!
