Everything was great. I waited till the last minute to get some thing and should have come there 1st.+, I wasted a lot of good food for the birds. Glad they have feeders etc. that they make good on if it doesn’t work.

The staff greet you the minute you hit the front door & they ask if you need ay assistance. I usually get the deluxe mix and I mentioned something else, a bit unsure. The staff looked up my purchase history & directed me to the correct product. They carry the somewhat heavy bags to the car & make check-out effortless, letting you know how much you saved, being a "frequent buyer." Quite remarkably, EVERYONE that I've met there has the same commitment to excellent customer service. I have to drive over a half-hour to get there from home & it's well worth the effort.

Because of the ease and thorough-ness of how my questions were answered and suggestions then made, I accomplished the task of my visit and learned new information!

Quality of the merchandise, knowledge & friendliness of the staff, large variety of the merchant. I had not been in this store in quite a few years, due to life changes & not anything about the store. I was impressed!

Melissa S was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was in Christmas shopping for my husband and had some questions on how to attract specific birds to our yard. Both ladies working were extremely helpful and took the time to show me different products. I am extremely pleased with my experience in the store and cannot wait to give the gifts to my husband with the explanations I was given on the items.
