I brought in a feeder that had jammed shut, and staff (sorry I'm awful with names) was able to unjam it for me. One of "those" stores probably would have said it was unfixable...

I had been shopping for a round seed block with the hole in the middle which I hang at the top of my Shepard's staff. I was unsuccessful finding them at several stores and at my usual wild bird catalog web site. I was pleased that you stocked this product. I bought one and an extra for later. Although my daughter and I do not live in Allentown, we do come now and then and so, being Backyard Bird Watchers, we are pleased to know you are there.
