The new owner of this franchise has employed absolutely the best people in the area. They are genuinely friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Even throughout the pandemic restrictions, the employees did everything within their power to make sure customers were able to get the products we wanted, when we wanted them. I shop here regularly, and quite often I am greeted by name when I approach the register. I used to drive to the Buckingham location for such good customer service. The new Allentown owner/employees brought superior customer service back to the Lehigh Valley.
