I came in to renew a membership and get some seed. Even though they were out of one of the seed blends I wanted, they offered to make sure they called me when it came in. I was also missing a piece for a pole bird feeder system that the employee was easily and quickly able to replace for me at no charge. Very happy!

The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful the minute you walk in the door. They also take the heavy bags to my car automatically, without being asked. Such a high level of customer service is unheard of in these times. I always look forward to my once every two weeks visit and will drive the 35-minute trip without hesitation. And my birds just LOVE the Deluxe Blend.

The salesperson (Matt W.) Was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The products I wanted were in stock.
