I consistently receive good service, the variety and quality of products is excellent and I enjoy the atmosphere in the store.

We purchased bird feeders from the store in early Dec. 2021. We feed daily and replenish seed and suet about every 2 weeks. All the staff are very helpful and friendly - we got to know Matt the best and he is FANTASTIC!

Products are high caliber. I have a squirrel proof feeder that has needed minor repairs done, and since it is guaranteed, I took it in a while back, and they fixed it. The birdseed is excellent - I always have birds fighting to get to the various feeders. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, and helpful with suggestions. This isn't grocery store quality, it is specialty level seed, feeders, etc. There are almost always coupons, a sale, specials, etc.

The staff knows us by name, we often discuss bird (and other wildlife) sightings. Overall a pleasant experience
