Excellent variety of merchandise. Very friendly and knowledgeable assistants. They clearly understood what we were looking for and gave us sound advice. How often do we go out to purchase anything these days and actually enjoy the experience ?! We did !!

Your online system is very antiquated. Inventory should by available from all stores, nationwide, not just from individual stores. The employees at Allentown (where inventory was available) help a great deal in avoiding the obstacles in place at WBU.com.

Top notch store and staff! I am very thankful that each time I usually come to the store to buy bird seed someone iALWAYS offers to put it in the car for me. May only wish is that the price for the bird seed were lower and yet I understand. Not happy about it, but I understand. Also, I no longer know of anyone who feeds the birds that I haven’t already recommended this store to, but would if a new neighbor or new friend comes into my life.

Very friendly service. Even other customers spoke with a kind voice, offering their experience regarding a particular product. Wild Birds Unlimited could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. I was having such a good time in the store, I hated to leave!
