Love how friendly and welcoming every single member of the staff is. I am greeted and offered assistance within moments of entering the store. Everyone is thoughtful and helpful when I have questions about products or issues and I always enjoy chatting with the staff there. Also, the store itself is beautiful and cozy inside...I always find extra things I'd like to have (you are a huge part of my annual Christmas list!)

Staff was quick to approach and ask what I needed, knowledgeable about the product and assisted with bringing the heavy bags to the car.

It is sweet to be greeted by name, specially when my name is not a popular one. I don’t worry about not remembering what product I always buy, because it is in the system. I love this beautiful shop.

I love the store and all the wonderful products! The people there are always friendly; we often have casual conversation, as I am a regular. The workers are very knowledgeable and have helped me in the past with any questions or concerns that I had.
