WBU Greensboro is the only store I shop for bird food supplies. The current staff is always helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough about the quality of the merchandise. I try to avoid the store cat, as I’m allergic to most domesticated cats… but I love WBU!

The customer service of all the employees is exemplary. I feel like a valued customer every time I visit and getting the sweet kitty makes me smile because he reminds me of my sisters cat and my sister is in Heaven now . Good store , good people

The store looks beautiful as soon as you walk in; beautiful bird themed coffee mugs, wind chimes tinkling(a small fan helped) & I was greeted by three staff immediately. I had help carrying my 20 lb. bag of bird seed to my vehicle. I also purchased several "woven roosting houses" which I will embellish with natural items to give as gifts. I love this store!

They carry the seed that I like, and give me very fast service. They also offer to carry the heavy seed bags out to my car for me. I'm a senior citizen so this is very helpful for me. 😊
