Your staff is clearly passionate about the products and customer service. Your store is always well merchandized and extremely clean, well-lighted and inviting. I've NEVER had anything but an exceptional experience when I visit your store. This might seem odd, but when I realized I need to restock my supplies, I actually look forward to it.

It is a great store for bird seed and feeders/accessories. We previously purchased bird seed from Home Depot, which costs much less, but it didn't really attract any birds. As soon as we switched to WBU, we saw constant action at the feeders. The pole systems we installed (both in-ground and deck railing clamp) have been fantastic - sturdier and more durable than anything else we had tried before.

I find the staff to be helpful and l knowledgeable, and usually find what I need….or want.
