It is always nice chatting with Bob about birds. We don’t like popping in just to buy seed and leave. Shopping at WBU for us, is not just about feeding the birds. It’s about loving/caring for them and therefore speaking to a fellow bird lover (not just a sales associate) and hearing bird news/talk makes it a pleasant and lovely shopping experience.

Large selection of merchandise, the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, and great prices, especially with my membership. And Maggie, of course!

The staff is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They always go out of their way to offer assistance. Bob always greets you by your name. I always walk away feeling extra special. When we had and issue with a fountain we purchased there, he offered to personally come to our home to check it.

The staff is really pleasant and helpful. They frequently have some new things to look at. Their birdseed is the best!
