The staff, Debbie & Bob are extremely knowledgeable. They are all very friendly. They carry great merchandise that make good gifts as well.

Met Bob the second I came in and told him what I was buying and requested a 2020 calendar and told him my name and within a minute or two was out of the store with my purchase and a free calendar. Super service!

The merchandise selection as well as the bird seed has a wide variety of unusual and fun items to choose from. The staff is extremely helpful and very passionate about their involvement with the birding community. The layout of the store is very comfortable and easy to find and look at merchandise.
