This time we met the gentleman of the operation, I believe his name is Bill. Such a funny guy. Extremely knowledgeable, he loves to talk about the products, the birds, the animals in general. Every visit to this store is an adventure! I love it!!

Jonathan is the best and he even remembered my name which ranks high with me. I had a joyful time buying my bird seed and conversing with Jonathan.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and I can find what I want easily. The merchandise I need is always in stock. I can get in and out quickly if I need to without long wait times. It is always a pleasant experience shopping there.

Bob Shanman, the owner, always remembers me and greets me by name. Being the owner, he is acutely aware of the stock. Being of a "certain age", I need help getting product to my car and he and hi staff are ready to accommodate me. Bob assisted me on my latest visit. In the past, any of his staff who has waited on me has been very knowledgeable and helpful.
