Always love visiting/shopping in this store - a positive experience. I always learn something new about birds, the feeds, the feeders, etc. The young staff members are so friendly/approachable and knowledgeable . Very willing to help take larger feed bags out to your car for you. This store is always clean and tidy when I walk in. Glad we have a store where the shopping experience is a wonderful one!

The tube on my tube feeder was cracked. Hayden replaced the tube with no charge because WBU feeders are guaranteed.

The staff is always welcoming and friendly..They also offer advice when asked for. Glad there’s a place that offers quality seeds and peanuts for my backyard friends!

I have been a customer of Bob's for many years, beginning in the early 2000's. Bob and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and they never rush anyone, as there is a lot to see in the store. I always feel good while in and after leaving the store.
