The only reason I visited the store was due to the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable owner, Bob Shanman. Bob is an amazing person who walked me through the way to set up the bird feeder I purchased. He showed me how to open it, clean it and how to fill it with nectar and how to clean it. Bob made is a memorable experience to be in the store.
