The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me understand the needs of the birds and ways to increase the number of birds visiting my feeder.

Always know I will be greeted will a smile and can I help you. Almost always get answers to my questions. And love the cat.

Staff makes an effort to get to know the customers. I am always greeted by name when I come in. Even when the store is busy staff will take a moment to talk about what birds are visiting my feeders.

I wasn't sure what bird seed would ve bedt for my wild birds and what the squirrels would.not bother. I was gkad someone coukd educate me.
