This was a virtual visit due to the Shelter in Place Order. I contacted WBU via messenger and Debbie called back immediately. She took pictures of the merchandise and told me about everything they had available. She was so kind and thoughtful and I greatly appreciated her upbeat attitude! I love this store and would be here weekly if we still lived in the same state.

During the new "distancing" Covid-19 rules the store was starting to change its operations. The credit card reader and computers were down, but the store owner took my credit card info and helped me load my car. Extraordinary friendly, knowledgeable service (I have to drive several miles to get to WBU).

In this time of the Corona virus when people are tense. Going inside this nice store and talking with the very nice sales person made me feel good.
