Been shopping here for years. Always a pleasure to work with Bob and Debbie. Miss shopping in the store though. Hope the situation changes soon.

Bob at my Redondo Beach store was incredibly helpful. Answered every question I had. spent good amount of time with me. He's great! Feeder is exactly what I expected.

Thanks for implementing a system which is both safe and efficient to serve your customers during this difficult time. We finally started using our Squirrel Buster Mini feeder which we had delayed using for various reasons. It seems to be very well designed. A couple of species (both finches, I believe) adapted to it immediately.

Love the owners and staff. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. Very efficient with the new restrictions on purchasing. I look forward to being able to shop in person again.

I liked that I was able to order by phone and was not forced to order on-line. Ordering by phone made it so much easier and talking to Bob was a treat.

Long time customers of Bob and Deb, they are very tolerant of my shinanegans, plus they like my wife and dog.
