i have been getting birdseed from our WBU since i moved here 20 years ago, on and off, of course. but over time the level of service has remained outstanding. bob and debbie are very friendly and treat me like an old friend. i like that sense of community. their shop is also very pretty, lots of treats, accessories....

The woman I spoke to was highly knowledgeable. She helped me select a better choice of seed. Hopefully this will leave less of a mess in the area of the feeder.

Friendly people who spent time with me on the phone to answer my questions. I love the weekly email with a discussion about birds we may see in our yard. The quality of the bird food is good.

The owner and staff made me feel safe during pick up of the merchandise. The hummingbird feeder which I purchased works well. I’m so happy to have found this shop and people.

Well, I’ve been coming to the store for years… Have a great relationship with Debbie and Bob… My parents love coming here and I would never buy bird products elsewhere!

I placed my order online after 9 pm on Tuesday. It was ready for pickup by 9 am Wednesday. I and my birds were very happy.
