Bob and staff are very knowledgeable about birds. I have been going to his store since he opened and will continue to do so in the future.

I always enjoy doing business with Bob and Debby. They are as much fellow birding friends as merchants. I have learned a lot from talking with them and enjoy feeding the birds even more because of them. God bless you!

Having been a customer for a number of years, the woman who answered my phone call was able to identify the product I wanted t purchase. Your computer records had that information. When she realized that the delivery of the product I was ordering might not be available for pick up the next day, she immediately notified me of that circumstance so I could adjust my schedule accordingly. We followed the protocol for pickup and a smiling Bob (although I couldn't see beyond the mask, I am certain he was smiling) delivered the product to the trunk of my car. Thanks to all of you for the pleasant experience.

Everything from order to pick up went well. Phone call went smoothly and delivery at door went well. And the birds were happy when I filled the feeder!
