Ordering over the phone was easy with prepayment. Pickup was very quick. I would prefer to shop in the store but if I can’t, this is a great alternative.

Bob is always so friendly and knowledgeable. He always remembers me and calls me by my name. The store is always well stocked.

Easy to Order online this time! Last time there were issues but they are now resolved! Personal note on our bill! Said “enjoy the birds”—That was special ! Was able to use a bird bucks coupon on the online order. Btw Bob and his staff are always so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating!! Good people!

The store owner, Bob, has been operating a WBU for years, and is very knowledgeable of the areas wildlife. He and his wife know their customers, and greet them by name. I drive several miles just to purchase from this store. I can highly recommend the Redondo Beach WBU store.
