Due to COVID-19 lockdown, I tried out the phone option to receive the seed that wanted. Debby was very helpful with my phone order and provided the pickup information that I needed. When I arrived at the store, my order was waiting for me, and was placed in my car within a few minutes. Your staff was very attentive and ensured social distance at all times during this transaction.

WBU staff are well informed, and very helpful. especially now, obtaining quality bird food is an essential service, as our backyard birds greatly improve our mental health during this crazy pandemic. we wish all WBU employees a very healthy time, and we are anxiously awaiting their store reopenings too. Thanks WBU for a terrific service. Bird On!!!!

Easy to use website. Good communitcation -- even though the website crashed during my order, Bob had sent an email stating that might happen and to keep trying. Prompt order fulfillment -- even faster than what the website had quoted!

The store was able to tell from my order that I am a new customer and they included a Hobby Guide/catalog, a local bird identification guide, and a sample of dried mealworms in my order. That went above and beyond of my expectations and made me even more excited about my new hobby of feeding the birds in my backyard. (And now I'm considering buying a non-seed type of bird feeder, which I wouldn't have thought of otherwise, so bravo to WBU for including the sample.)
