Bob Shanman is thoroughly knowledgeable and happy to share his expertise with others. It is also a personal pleasure to share sharp observations or comments with him. All told, this WBU is a real community asset for both humans and fauna!

The process was as smooth as usual. Everything was handled with courtesy and efficiency.

Bob and staff are knowledgeable about birds, their food, their likes and dislikes. They always have a smile and are pretty good at judging what else may be needed to create the perfect bird habitat.

Placed order online in the morning. The Website said I could pickup the next morning, but I got a phone call letting me know I could pickup that same morning. That was a nice, better-than-expected turn of events. Pickup itself was easy too.

Amazing next day delivery, earlier than expected.

Ordering and picking up curbside are very easy. Thank you for remaining open during these times. Watching the birds is such an important activity for us, particularly now. Take care and stay healthy!
