The online order was very easy to do. After being received Bob called me to give me pickup instructions. Curbside pickup was an excellent choice. I've been a customer for years and highly recommend it.

The pick up was fast and convenient. Merchandise was what I needed, but I do miss browsing in the store & buying everything from cards to jewelry to bird & critter food to clothing. A fun and informative store.

Bob, Debbie and Phil are great to deal with. A great place to shop, run by a staff that cares about their customers, our bird friends and nature. Visiting the store always brightens my day.
