Staff knew what feeders and food to suggest based on birds I wanted to feed. They provided tips on preventing squirrels raiding station. Everything was available for quick next day pick up!

Bob is very personable and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile in helping with any bird questions, issues or strategizing on repelling squirrels. :-) He reminds me of (and tracks) the bird bucks I have available when making a purchase which is greatly appreciated. I could get bird food for a lower cost but because of Bob's personality and interest in helping his customers in any way that he can, he engenders loyalty. He is the type of person who will keep brick and mortar stores viable. It is fun to drop by and share our affinity for birds and nature.

It is so convenient to have a store near us that carries the products we need. In addition, they have always made in store and on line purchases easy. The owners and employees are knowledgeable and genuinely interested in birds and backyard bird feeding. They give great advice and have never steered us wrong.
