I never have an issue w/ the Bird Store. Since I am back at work, hard to get an order in when hours are 9a-11a. I just have someone else pick-up for me.

The ordering and pick up process were very easy to follow and the staff was "Johnny on the spot" with the pick up process. Also a nice surprise to get the free bag of seed for renewing our discount membership. Wish all pick up processes were as efficient. Gotta keep them birds fat and happy!!
