I’ve been a customer for many years. Bob n Debbie have always been great to deal with. Were very gracious to help me with a feeder that crashed n broke by giving me a replacement part.

Ordering by phone was easy. Pick up was easy but I miss browsing in the store.

My first time back in the store since the lock down. Great to see Bob and Deb again. So glad they opened the store again on a limited basis.

I love this store. Every single person is friendly, especially the owners. They have made it easy and safe to get our bird supplies during the pandemic.

The process is so quick and easy. Also, the staff is always so friendly and pleasant. I really appreciate the no-contact curbside pickup.

You guys always have excellent service. I wasn't sure if I had made two identical orders online, 2 days apart. I emailed the store and received a very quick response. Thank you.

The quality of the birdseed is excellent. Being able to order online and have it delivered so quickly was very convenient. I appreciated the great customer service and knowledge of the salesclerks when we were able to go to the store in the past.
