Everyone in the store loves what they do and it shows when you enter the store or just pull up to the curb. It's like a family and the customers are an extension of the family.

Good quality bird food. Friendly staff. bought two large bags due to COVID. Fewer trips and face to face meetings at the check out.

We love Bob! We were running late and called to ask him to stay open for an extra 10 minutes and he did. Excellent customer service! Also, there were new items in the store and we found another perfect birdbath that we bought.

Bob is awesome! He makes it a point to learn customers' names and asks about the birds that visit their feeders. He's always willing to give out a little freebie to encourage new customers.

I needed a specific product and while Wild Birds doesn't carry it, I was given an alternate that I think will work fine. Still waiting for the birds to give it a thumbs up or thumbs down.
