The owner and the salesperson were friendly, knowledgeable, obviously love what they are doing and are happy to talk about all the ways to live a life that includes birds. The atmosphere feels homelike, and they make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name. They were careful about adhering to the pandemic guidelines, asking people to wait outside. I wish every business were run like this!
