Bob and all his staff truly care for their customers needs which include instruction and care for birds, whether wild or domestic. And, whether wanted - like song birds - or how to handle crows and squirrels. This store is a source of information and education.

What a great first visit. I spent about an hour or so in the store with one of your associates. There was a slight hiccup at checkout, entirely my fault. She was so kind and patient and understanding about the mishap and did everything she could to smoothie the situation out. Will be back very soon indeed, looking at those rad wind chimes !
