Bob and company make an effort to get to know everyone who walks through their door. It’s great to be greeted by name!

The salesperson, Sue, was very warm and friendly and answered all my questions about products and bird behavior in general. This was my first visit but I will be back.

I always find everything I want and more. They always make great recommendations. I can't remember the lady's name that helped me, but I do remember she was a trainee. She carried my seed out to my car without being asked, showed me some lovely cards and helped me decide on the perfect oriole feeder.

Very friendly people work there also very clean and well organized.
