Greeted by staff. Looked around store. Purchased feed. Asked some questions, got answers. Nice being there.

I had difficulty with my credit card being accepted and Bob was remarkable. Took care of it, let me know the issue and talked to the internet company to make recommendations. Ordered on the phone and received my order THE NEXT DAY!!!!

The very knowledgeable staff are friendly and patient even with those of us who are quite ignorant about the local birds.

Staff was helpful and informative when I asked about different feed for birds (seasons and who the food attracts) and different feeders.
