Wild Birds Unlimited

Tried to return a water feature that was purchased 11/24. It was still in the box and had never been used. I didn’t know that there was a 30 day return policy or I would have made sure I returned it sooner. I explained that I have been very ill, but was refused store credit although I’d spent about $160 in the last 2 days. I have been more pleased with all the retail stores I have dealt with. I’m reconsidering whether to visit your store again- I refer people and might stop that also. It makes me very sad to be treated this way & by one of the owners, no less! Policy or not-it was a very poor business choice to treat a loyal customer this way.

old what's his name , Bob? is thoroughly offensive . The cat hissed at us and ran my wife out the door. There is little worthwhile stuff to select from and even less help in selecting anything. We bought alot anyway because the other customers were amiable and claimed Bob was just having one of his usual insufferable days. Will Rogers (aka Dave )

Bob and Deb are always very friendly and helpful. They know answers to most questions and will find ids of birds I don’t know. They remember customers names consistently. They work hard to train the younger staff in their good customer service ways. The new location is even more convenient to my home so I am there a lot
