Your store hours are very limited. Maybe add an hour or two. Saturday? When I called in to pay for my order that I had preordered by phone the young man was confused and said I would have to wait until after 11:00 to place the order. I explained that I had already reserved the food. He placed me on hold for a while to check whether this was true. Minor point..As I was picking up, I mentioned that I was shorted a small bag from last visit. Instead of honoring this, I was told I would have to wait until Bob came in. Too much of a hassle for a simple request. I was not trying to cheat you out of a bag.

The website is not very fluid and it stated a different time to pick up then what the store is stating. I had to come back the next day to pick up. Not a huge deal but the critters and birds were very upset to have to wait 3 days for their meal.

The No-mess bird seed was unavailable and the store would be closed after that day.

I prefer not to deal with mr. bob any more ~ ~ he was way too much in a hurry on the phone with our previous phone order ~ rushing me off because he was just so busy with everything else. excuse me? I thought customers and politeness came first ? then, when I stopped in the store he was way too pushy with his hand sanitizer even though he was not even in the front of the store when I entered, did not see me already use it and then did not notice I am wearing surgical gloves everywhere. I am just not up for being rushed and hurried and harrassed. However, none of my birds are interested in any of this and they just want your very good bird seed. So now I will order online.

The one thing I could say bad is I was the 1st person in the store to be wait for help. Someone else walked in after me but they help that person first.

My order was placed online. At the time I ordered, I registered at the store. The order did not go through and merchandise was not ready when I arrived for pickup. There was no record of my order. To the staffs' credit my order was filled on the spot!

Love Bob at WBU.. I have been a customer for over 10 years. First time picking up during COVID and it was so easy. Bob brought to my open trunk, put it in, no touching, was great.

The items that I’m looking for are always in stock. New feeders are also on display regularly and I appreciate being able to upgrade my feeders when desired. Staff is as friendly as ever and I just love shopping at the Redondo Beach store.
