You didnt have the mixed nuts available online that I usually get in the store. Everything else was great.

The last couple of times I've called to ask a question, the staff has been a bit short with me telling me they are busy and couldn't answer my question when it took longer to explain all that compared to simply answering the question. My question was if I could get a product that day. Normally, great place to do business so I will chalk it up to stress of Covid.

Nothing to pay any attention to, I'm just cranky at things not being the same as before. I love this store and the people in it

the cost of your bird seed seems extremely high. even with membership discounts and special offers.

the prices seem a bit high but the overall quality of products is excellent ~ so perhaps the prices are worth the quality ~

I was fine with it. I just don’t know if I’ll be back as quickly as hoped or if I will run into anyone who would be interested in coming into your store.

Please convert to non plastic packaging.

Very overpriced. Hard for me to accept paying over $40 for a bag of no mess seed ( even with “discount “)
