I normally would say I was highly satisfied, however, post Covid they are experiencing employee changes (understandable) and with that comes less familiarity with merchandise, overall bird knowledge, retail procedures, customer preferences etc. I have been a customer since this store first opened in Torrance many many years back and it has been excellent consistently for product and service all that time. Even through the Covid shutdowns the store made great changes to provide accessibility for us customers. I just happened to enter the store for the first time since it actually re-opened and everything just felt a little out of sorts at the store with new employees being trained and the loss of the longest held and most knowledgable employee other than the owner. I know the owner well and everything will be perfect once again, I have no doubt!

Prices are a little steep

Always a good experience. Was happy to be able to come in store and get my 2 bags of No Mess.

Prices are higher than comparable feed at pet stores.

Keep you humble

Please open the store. We've been shopping at costco and a lot of other places all year. All you can do is wear a mask (or hid in your house the resty of your life).

It was fine. It worked Like it was supposed to

I tried ordering online. Each time I entered my credit card information, the transaction failed. Different computers and different operating systems yielded the same results. Different times of day gave the same result. No matter what I did, your site would not accept my credit card information and complete the transaction. Bottom line, I called Bob at the Redondo Beach, CA store and after discussing the problem for a few minutes, he suggested placing the order over the phone. Success! I received my order the next day in perfect condition. Bob was great!
