I shop at this store because, not only do they have what I need in stock but, Debbie always calls me by name. She and Bob remember their customers and treat them as if they were old friends.

I've been a client for several years. It is highly personal service. They all know my name and greet me whenever I am in the store. I am treated more like a friend that just your average customer. Also, they have highly knowledgeable sales people. They have been able to answer any questions I have regarding birds and related wildlife. The owner has personally delivered a birdhouse to my residence when I was unable to get a delivery truck. This is a GREAT store!!!!

The Sales Person was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He helped me find a substitute for the item I came to get.

WBUL is a fun store to browse around in. When you purchase something you usually get a freebie of some kind. Bob and his staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about birds in our area and what products work best to attract them. I also love the selection of bird greeting cards and other gift items.
