The staff is friendly and acknowledges you upon arrival. The store is neatly arranged and easy to navigate. I can get in and out quickly if I need to.

The store is beautifully laid out, and carries a great range of options. The staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable. But best of all...Maggie, the shop cat!

There's no other place that has the bird seed I like plus they have the replacement feeders if I need them.

Bob Shanman is the best - knowledgeable, friendly (always knows my name), and always has time to catch up about the birds.

The staff is always friendly and engaging. They are both enthusiastic and knowledgeable about our local birds, predators, and critters. The store is always clean and well stocked and the merchandise is nicely displayed and readily available. We always feel welcome in the store and they make an effort to find out what is new with us and how we are doing. They are interested in any problems we may be having with birds, equipment, and feed.

I love this store and have been shopping with them for a long time. I get supplies to feed my birds and squirrels (to keep them out of the birdseed). the staff is wonderful and always friendly and helpful.

Unusually nice experience. Store had what I was looking for and more than one person was willing to discuss and display the product in greater detail before I purchased it. They gave me a beautiful calendar, a shopping bag and offered gift wrapping! Also, the price was lower than expected. Gets my top rating. Very nice persons and cat gave me help. I intend to recommend the store and return in the future.

Friendly staff, Great merchandise and lots if gift items

The woman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. We had come in with some questions. She talked with us to make sure she completely understood our questions before making any recommendations. She made excellent recommendations.
