Store is always very clean and organized. Bob and staff always very friendly and helpful. I’m always informed on recent happening and future visitors coming on behalf of the wild animals we care for.

I have been a customer at this store for many years. I am very fond of the owner and have enjoyed our conversations about our mutual interests in birds, nature and life in general. I am still feeding dozens of finches with feeders I purchased years ago. Bob's recommendations about the changing feeding habits of the species that feed in my yard have kept me able to keep them happy creatures. In addition to the birds, I have several squirrel feeders that have to be regularly restocked. It gives my wife and me considerable pleasure to watch all of the birds that come to the feeding station. Additionally, I like the store with it's live screens of wild birds sitting on their nests. It makes me feel a little bit closer to nature and a part of something that transcends our daily lives. I'm very grateful to have found Bob's store many years ago when I went looking to put up wild bird feeders in my yard in Rolling Hills. It is a genuine comfort in my life.

The staff is always super accommodating & friendly. I love viewing the live videos of Hummers , Bald Eagle's nest & Ospreys.

Bob is very knowledgeable and friendly. This particular day he was training a new employee, and he was very attentive to everyone in the store. One time last year I called Bob having seen an Oriole in my yard several times. I was so excited. I called him and he packaged up an Oriole feeder and jam for me, and mailed it to me. I live in Bakersfield, and have shopped many times with my sister in Bob's store in Torrance.
