Bob and his crew are so fun to talk to. I enjoyed watching the Eagle cam live from Big Bear Lake and speaking eagles with Bob

The staff was very helpful with my purchase. They also reminded me of the upcoming store talk. they asked if I needed up carrying out my purchase, which I did.

Store people are helpful, care about their customers & the birds a lot, and most are very knowledgeable.

I had many questions about feeding birds and feeders, food etc. and everything was explained clearly. I also had questions about those pesky little squirrels. The sales person was so nice and patient with me.

The store is located in an area with ample parking close to the entrance. The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the store is one of warmth and calm.
