Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me time to look around the store and find what I wanted. The store had an inviting atmosphere.

The staff are outstanding, professional, friendly and always welling to help their customers. I highly recommend this store for my wild birds supplies and outstanding merchandise. Bob Shanman and staff are the best!

The owner of the store was so nice and knowledgeable about birds.. He really helped me set up my back yard to be bird friendly. The other staff members were also really friendly. Thank you Joe Cocke

I have been a customer for many years . These folks r considered friends to me. Any folks hired into the program r trained well & r just as compassionate about the birds as we all are.
