Staff was very knowledgeable but they weren’t very welcoming. For my first visit in a Wild Birds Unlimited I was excited and wanted to browse with my family. The staff seemed tense and anxious to help us select what we needed and move on. Didn’t like that!

There are raisins in one of the products sold at your stores. Raisins are highly toxic to both dogs and foxes. I asked the store manager about toxicity of raisins to foxes and he said no problem, raisins are not toxic to foxes. A quick google search revealed this statement to be untrue. The manager should not have given out wrong advise, all he had to say when asked the question is… “I don’t know”, let’s check. Instead he chose to hand out BS at the the potential peril of the fox community. This is wrong. Please consider substituting cranberries fir the raisins, and be more careful about the products you sell.
