Hand sanitizer and masks were available at the door. Checkout was fast and friendly. Everything was in stock, and easy to get to. Staff is wonderful!

During the pandemic, I did all my WBU purchases online, with one curbside pickup. I missed the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the WBU Paramus store. I was able to get the special summer birdseed mix as well as find the tube feeder I wanted.

Appreciate the quality of product and the staff's support of the Audubon Society and birding in general. Know pricing is higher than competition, but think the premium is very justified given knowledge of staff and product line quality.

I am always greeted with a smile in this store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm always happy with the seed and bird supplies I purchase. Also - I purchased a beautiful bird mask in the store - and immediately received compliments on it when wearing it. its comfortable and fits nice.
