My order was filled promptly and courteously, with out of store pickup provided with no difficulty.

This is not an accurate survey. I did not place an order, I drove to the WBU store in Paramus, NJ, walked in, and asked if there was a store fall blend. The sales associate went downstairs and got a bag of the new store fall blend for me. I paid for it. Another sales associated put the bag in my car. I went home. The birds in my backyard are very happy.
