I’m always satisfied with the quality of the products. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff and the speed of the checkout. I also enjoy seeing the stores mascot and saying hello.

I really enjoy going into the WBU store, whether it's to pick up something I need or to look around at all the great stuff they have.

The people running the store are personable, friendly and quite knowledgeable about their products and birds in general. They have a wide Variety of bird food and other bird related products , as well as products for squirrels, hummingbirds and the backyard.

I only but bird products at WBU. The quality and availability availability are wonderful. The employees are helpful and friendly. I did buy Christmas cards and should stop by for more.

Best value on bird seed. That is if you don’t want to buy the junk food kind of bird good out there. Plus they always help me when I ask a question with first asking what kind of feeder I have to make sure I get the right food for each kind of feeder I have. And I love the cute 4legged greater dog who is crazy sweet and happy to see everyone. It’s just always the most kind well mannered staff and that’s important to me. One time a woman found that my curbside order didn’t get the coupon it was supposed to 2 months ago. I never even knew but she sent me an email to make sure I knew I had a credit and that the 2 accounts were now only 1 so there would be no future mistakes

Staff solved a repair problem for me with no charge for same. I’m glad to have this opportunity to say Thanx!
